Restaurant Art


A rich buffet breakfast is served every day in the restaurant Art from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m.

An impressive selection, daily fresh ingredients and culinary surprises of our chef will satisfy even the most demanding guests. Since the breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we made an effort to offer you a variety that will entice even those really hard to please, to select a perfect combination to their own taste. You can also have breakfast on the terrace of the restaurant, enjoying, usually bathed in sunshine, morning in Split with the freshness of the sea. In case the buffet does not offer your favourite dish, please feel free to consult our catering staff.

À la Carte restaurant

If you would like to organize a business lunch or dinner, spend a romantic dinner with a dear person, or simply afford a good meal to yourself, our a la carte restaurant is at your service every day from 3:00 to 11:00 p.m. Food from trusted, local producers and suppliers, as well as our creative chef are sufficient to guarantee that all of your senses will enjoy.

  • Cold appetizers: Dalmatian prosciutto (smoked ham), Pag cheese, marinated anchovies or tuna, and salted sardines or anchovies
  • Beef, vegetable or tomato soap
  • Hot appetizers: pasta with shrimp scampi, tuna, cheese and smoked ham, shrimp, salmon or tomatoes, scrimp risotto and spaghetti Bolognese
  • Main dishes: steak, ramsteak, veal chops, chicken, tuna fillets or grilled squid, veal medallions with mushrooms, fried squid rings or veal risotto
  • Side dishes: Swiss chard Dalmatian style, boiled or mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, gnocchi, grilled vegetables or rice
  • Salad: mixed, green, tomato or cabbage salad, sour peppers or pickles
  • Dessert: crepes with chocolate, ice cream or fresh fruit
